    Online marketplace eBay has awarded its PR account to Hill & Knowlton after a competitive review process.
    H&K won the business in February. The value is undisclosed.
    This
    makes H&K the first agency of record in eBay’s history, said Joe
    Paluska, H&K director, technology practice worldwide.
