    Hi There,

This is just a pyramid scheme as far as I know this is illegal. But there are other ways to make money online with a Make Money Toolbar I recently found at makemoneytoolbar.com . Have a look, maybe this is something for you ????

    Best regards,
    Sandra

If people would learn how to effectively market online and how to really make money, they certainly would not be wasting their time promoting this “make money with PayPal as seen on Oprah” garbage.

Perhaps you should visit my website to see the real way to earn online.

  • Vic on October 11th, 2006 at 8:29 pm

yeah right earn big bucks, then and up in jail, SCAMMM!!!!!!

  • Vince on November 13th, 2006 at 1:04 pm

Yes, I am planning to create an account through Paypal and just wondering how true this is. Is this some kind a scam, or is it real?

I would appreciate for a response.

  • Pink on November 15th, 2006 at 3:32 pm

    Vince:

I would suggest you to go direclty to Paypal ’s official website in order to avoid any kind of scam.

    www.Paypal.com

Remember to be careful when receiving so called “Paypal” email where a lot of times they are not from the Official Paypal even with a paypal email address.

Just be sure that you DO NOT click on the link of the emails to login, because that way you can’t tell whether that’s the real deal or not. The best way is just to go directly to check your paypal account.

    Hope this helps

Vic how is this a scam? Your depending on a chain letter to get money.

  • Lorraine on November 27th, 2006 at 3:29 am

Isn’t it illegal to use a celebrity’s name to promote something like this?

  • Tom on December 8th, 2006 at 12:40 pm

Maybe it is a scam and maybe it isn’t.
I have seen testimonials from people that claim to have made thousands. I am going to try it as a list building source. You know what really is a scam: people making unfounded statements then promoting their program. How’s that effective marketing?

  • ollie on February 18th, 2007 at 2:49 am

An easy way to tell if it is a scam:-
If you have to pay someone money for the information it is most likely a scam. Example: Genuine work from home job. then you have to pay them to give you a job. SCAM!!!!!

Many times these scams can be found as a legal way to make money, if done by sending a product! I found that one of the best ways to make money online, is to become an affiliate for some company or product.

Do U Guys Know How To Make Money Fast

  • Open Mind on February 26th, 2008 at 12:19 am

Haha, this is very funny, but definitely not illegal. Why would it be illegal to send money to people? I’ve never tried it, but what if we all stopped talking about it, and just participated? We would lose a few bucks, and soon make a few thousand..haha..It really was on Oprah..not illegal!

  • wilsonkm on March 5th, 2008 at 12:25 pm

Well I’ve seen the letter before and did all my investigating like I always do….

Now I have come to conclude that this system does work. I believe it works all the time, but it is the people that fail if they abuse it to an extent. Like the letter says, the system works with HONESTY AND INTEGRITY, so that means I am cheating if I remove the 1st address, move the rest up by 1, place mine at the bottom, and send the email without giving $5 to the 1st and last person (or something like that). That’s when it’s a scam, I believe, if I make $40,000 or something and I did not even help anyone out with $5, if you know what I mean. Not only that, nowhere in the letter does it say that the person receiving the email is required to participate, but it is only encouraged to give it a try.

The truth is that you can get what you want as long as you can help others get what they want. To make a lot of money means to help others change their lives without expecting a return. And no, giving money without being asked to do so is not illegal. Anyone who tries this system out should understand that with any money making system, no income guarantees are made. Regardless of many people’s opinions, I may consider it to give this system a try and see what happens without expecting anything back. And if I reap the rewards from the email, I will let you know.

    My two cents.

  • Arlene on March 12th, 2008 at 8:22 am

Hello, I was wondering if this is just another one of those online scams?

  • Oldskool on April 3rd, 2008 at 5:18 am

Well I tried it, posted it on about 5 sites then stopped because I was afraid of doing something Illegal after reading all the negative feed back from Sites like this one. Anyways came back 2 to 3 months later and had received $15 in my pay pal account, what do people mean a pyramid scheme, do you even know what you are saying.. If you work for some one, your in a pyramid scheme..go to church..grocery store…bla bla bla..is that like some evil being with two heads.. well depends on the scheme..who cares.. get a life..keep your $5 for another cheese burger and fries and waste some more time writing negative rubbish…. I agree with Mr Open Mind..shut up and just try something..after all if your to tight fisted to help a fellow human being in this world and send someone $5 then we are all are doomed.. I bet if I said give me your email and I’ll send you $5 my inbox would be full..keep it real Peace!!

  • me on April 3rd, 2008 at 2:18 pm

I agree with oldskool. Anyone who understands the system should participate thus it is a working system. It could be illigle though if the OPRAH name is given as a false advertisement.

  • Jimmy Davis on April 15th, 2008 at 3:53 pm

Oldskool is rright everyone should try it just tosee if it works. We could start our own little deal and send each other $5 or so and see what might happen. Smoeone start one and I will send money to it. OK

  • Sup on May 2nd, 2008 at 2:36 pm

Hey well who have da guts to start dis thing i’m willing to participate if some one starts this.

  • marie on May 5th, 2008 at 9:35 pm

after a lot of thought i decided to try the mailing list. this is where u send each person a dollar ask to b added to their mailing list. I thought a $1.oo investment that may help some one else reach their dreams would be great. then i saw if everyone could see past.. doubts… scams… ect… really see the potentional of sending just a dollar to six people and possibly getting back fifty,a hundred , a thousand or thousands of dollars then why the heck not! i read the secret and law of attraction works. we all want to pay r bills and pay them off, so lets help each other. they pay their bills , i pay mine. we pay off our debts. economy improves . we spend more becuase we have more. mailing them cost me 150.00 i just read the paypal way. I am going to try it this way too. i believe in people, stay honest be positive and maybe we all can benefit… i got my first return today. i am hopeful.

  • Ms. Smith on May 13th, 2008 at 7:22 am

I received this in the mail. I did as instructed and received a total of $4261.00 in the mail from random people. I compiled a mailing list with their names and sold it to a mailing list company.

  • Rainygirl on May 31st, 2008 at 5:57 pm

It’s Legal…I saw it on Oprah …along with millions of other people , where over 1/2 participated in it and posted 200 letters each and loaded up all of the websites and search engines . The problem now…where do you post the letters to get to people that have never seen them ?? This is very hard work .

This money is all electronically tracked by PayPal and your Bank and reported to the IRS .
The reason it’s legal is that , The Federal Trade Commission and The IRS , can go into your PayPal and Bank accounts and access all of the email addresses that sent you money . You have to pay your taxes on this income !! This is not some money hidden in an envelope that sneaks past the post office ….this money Is tracked 100% . That’s Why It’s Legal !!

The other deal with it….you have to do a compilation of all of the emails you get that send you money . You can sell the list to huge cooporations and they will pay big bucks for it as the participants are considered business opportunist . If you fail to do the list …you are guilty of embezzlement of funds for services not rendered …these people paid you to be on a list .

Yes You Can Make Money With It . You have to have a PayPal Premier or Merchant Account to do this , otherwise you are limited to receive $500 in your account and can be suspended from PayPal fro not playing by their rules and they will return all of the money that comes .
    So you take a $6.00 chance ….it’s only $6.00 !!

    Hi everyone!
For the few sceptics on this message board, I really wish you would give this a try. Remember, nothing ventured, nothing gained! You’re here complaining about $6, and yet, you probably spend $100-$200 a year on lottery tickets, and have never won any significant amount of noney, am I right so far? I will not divulge how much I have made so far, but, I will tell you that it does works beautifully. By being honest and truthful, you will make some too. One thing is for sure, if the list, or e-mail comes my way again, I will certainly join again.WHY? So far, it has been even better than I expected. So, for all of you who have doubts, don’t be afraid to give it a try, you will make some money, and even more if you send out a lot of mail and advertise this great system. I have no regrets, in fact, I am rejoicing right now, and you will too. I have nothing to gain by telling you this right now, only YOU, will gain if you join.Remember, send, send, send to everyone you know, and post on all message boards you come accross, you will most definetely benefit for your effort.
